so long since i blog,
past few weeks i've being training in my new division.
quite xiong la but still can take it.
anw i'll be passing-out in 1 week tym :p
erms, currently im applying for the regular thingy. smth lyk sign-on the ns.
i think you all're doubting abt my life in soc?
in this basic course, i can say i pass all exams & tests
1. Basic fitness test, 2 x 2.4km, i did 11.07mins
2. Combat fitness test, 5km w mp5&tact vest, 11th/37
3. Police Combat Tactic(PCT) Test
4. Public Order Drill(PO)
5. Scenario Base Test(SBT)
6. HK69 Techniques
7. MP5 sub-machine gun Techniques
this coming monday:
8. Individual Personnal Physical Test(TPPT)

i only can say this few only still got alot more training we've done,
actually still got alot more,
log pt
circuit training leg, upper body, whole body
road march
sprints
almost every part of e muscles they've covered.

i wan become the regular.
i want earn more money !!! :D
just for my future.
